to Mil-Q 9858 and are currently in the process of certifying to ISO 9001:2000.
We have resident DCMA QAR individuals in our plant. Production Products is
certified by Boeing for work on integrated defense systems.
Production Capabilities
We
operate two vertical machining centers and one lathe, all capable of meeting
your stringent manufacturing requirements. Our enterprise software allows for
seamless program management, procurement, scheduling and accounting functions.
Pro/Engineer® is used for computer-aided design work and Pro/Manufacturing®
supports the production environment. Production Products has extensive experience
with many varieties of metal
and plastic including aluminum, 1018 steel, 4140 steel and tool steels.
